Questions about teams
Who employs the specialists?
The specialists are independent professionals who work under a contract with OrgStewards. You sign one agreement with OrgStewards and we are responsible for their work.
Will I talk to the specialists directly?
Yes, if you want to. Many clients add them to their Slack or Teams. Your OrgStewards lead stays involved for planning, reviews and anything that goes wrong.
What about time zones?
We match specialists to your region. Our core team covers Europe and Africa, specialists in India cover India and the Gulf, specialists working APAC hours cover Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and specialists working American hours cover the United States, Canada and Latin America.
Is our data safe?
Everyone signs a confidentiality agreement and data processing terms. Work is done in sandboxes where possible, with named users and only the permissions the task needs.
