Demo dashboards

What good Salesforce reporting looks like.

Three dashboards we typically build for sales teams. The numbers are invented, the structure is real. Hover over the charts and switch periods to explore.

Sales leadership

The Monday-morning view for a head of sales: how much is in the pipeline, how much we win and whether we are on target.

Questions it answers

  • Do we have enough pipeline for next quarter?
  • Where do deals stall?
  • Are we winning more, and bigger, deals?
  • Are we on track against monthly targets?

Forecast & rep performance

How the quarter's forecast builds week by week, and which reps need help before it is too late.

Questions it answers

  • Will we hit the quarter?
  • How far apart are commit and best case?
  • Which reps are behind on quota?
  • Who has enough pipeline coverage?

CRM data health

Is the data good enough to trust the other two dashboards, or to switch on AI features?

Questions it answers

  • How many duplicates do we have?
  • Which objects have empty key fields?
  • Are we paying for unused licences?
  • Is data quality improving month by month?
