How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months. Data of clients is kept for the duration of the contract and then for as long as Polish tax and accounting law requires, usually 5 years after the end of the tax year.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: the website hosting provider, the form delivery service, and our email provider. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case transfers rely on the EU Commission's adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply.

Changes

We will update this page if the way we process data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
