Sound familiar?

Most companies we talk to bought Salesforce for good reasons, then lost the person who looked after it.

  • Nobody trusts the pipeline report, so every forecast call starts with an argument about numbers.
  • Reps update opportunities on Friday afternoon, or not at all.
  • The admin left. Now simple changes wait weeks, or someone with too much access improvises.
  • There are Flows, Workflow Rules and Process Builders that nobody dares to touch.
  • Duplicates, empty fields and old records make every list and campaign harder.
  • You pay for licences and features nobody uses.

What we do

Everything a small Salesforce team needs, from daily admin to bigger builds. Work that needs a developer or architect is delivered by our certified specialists, with one team accountable for the result.

Salesforce administration

Your outsourced admin team: users, permissions, page layouts, fields, release updates and the small requests that pile up.

Reports, dashboards & KPIs

Dashboards your leadership opens every Monday: pipeline, win rate, forecast, activity and rep performance.

Automation with Flow

Lead routing, approvals, follow-up tasks, renewals and notifications that run without anyone remembering to do them.

Data quality & migration

Duplicate clean-up, validation rules, imports and moving from spreadsheets or another CRM into Salesforce.

Implementation & new features

New Salesforce set-ups, new clouds and features configured around how your team actually sells.

Training & user adoption

Training sessions, guides and adoption dashboards so reps keep Salesforce up to date without being chased.

Other Salesforce products

CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Agentforce, Data Cloud and more, delivered by certified specialists.

Salesforce & data teams

Developers, architects and data analysts for bigger projects, managed by OrgStewards with a single point of contact.

How we work together

Every engagement follows the same path, whether it is a one-off project or a monthly plan.

  1. 1

    Audit

A look at your org, data and reports. You get a short written health check.

  2. 2

    Plan

We agree priorities, scope and price. Quick wins first.

  3. 3

    Build

Changes in a sandbox, tested, then deployed with notes.

  4. 4

    Train

Your team learns what changed and why it helps them.

  5. 5

    Run

Ongoing admin and a monthly review of what to improve next.

Salesforce experts who have sat in the Sales Ops seat.

Many consultants know the Setup menu. Fewer have owned the forecast, defended the numbers in front of an executive team and trained the reps who enter the data. Our team has done all three.

  • We start from the business question, then configure Salesforce to answer it.
  • Every change is documented, so you are never locked in to us.
  • One point of contact, even when a project needs a developer or data specialist.
  • Clear prices, monthly or fixed, agreed before work starts.

Guides for Salesforce teams

Questions

Which countries and time zones do you cover?

All major regions, in the client's local business hours: Europe, Africa and the Middle East, APAC including Australia and New Zealand, and North and Latin America. Our core team works from Europe and our certified specialists cover APAC and American hours. We work in English, Polish and other languages on request.

What if my request needs a developer?

We scope it, assign the right certified specialist, manage the work and review it before it reaches your org. You keep one contract and one point of contact.

Do you specialise in a particular industry?

No. We configure Salesforce around your process, whatever your industry. Our team's background includes B2B software, advertising technology and language and technology services, and the same principles apply to manufacturing, professional services, finance or non-profits.

Can we start with one project?

Yes. Many clients start with the Org Health Check, a fixed-scope audit, and decide afterwards whether a monthly plan makes sense.

Do I need a sandbox?

Most paid Salesforce editions include at least a Developer sandbox. We build and test there whenever possible. If you don't have one, we agree a safe way to make changes.

Tell us what your Salesforce should be doing.

In a free 30-minute call we look at your org, your reports and your biggest headache. You leave with three concrete next steps, whether or not we work together.
